We love encouraging young dancers as they hone their abilities and develop a lifelong passion for dance. We are here to show each dancer who walks through our doors how much they are capable of.

  • Nikki Arnold

    Studio Owner

    The director of Extreme Performing Arts Center, Nikki Arnold, has been a part of this dance studio since 2005. She became the owner of EPAC in 2014.

    Nikki has always been passionate about dancing. She began her dance career at the age of 5. By the age of 16 she started choreographing solo dancers and dance crews for her company. Her drive, attention to detail, and dedication led her to become a member of the McCullough Callie Drill Team and York Jr. High Liberty Babes.

    Over the years, she gained expertise and has directed and choreographed many solos and award-winning team performances. Her directions have led teams to win many National Championship Titles in contemporary, lyrical, pom, and jazz styles. She has fine-tuned her skills and become a master in the performing arts field over the last 29 years. Nikki is committed to continuing to enhance her knowledge and skills through seminars and conventions. She shares this wealth of knowledge with young learners and loves being a part of their ongoing development.

  • Carly Heard

    Studio Director & Instructor

    Carly Heard is a passionate teacher, choreographer, and dancer from East Texas! Carly is a soon to be graduate from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Dance. At Sam Houston State, Carly received training in various aspects of dance, including choreography, dance costuming, modern, contemporary, jazz, improv, and partner work.

    She was a part of her high school’s drill team, the Marshall Mavettes. During Mavettes, she held the positions of Junior Lieutenant and Captain! Since 2020, she has been a proud member of American Dance and Drill Team Staff.

    Currently, Carly Heard is going on her 2nd year at Extreme. Carly is thankful that God has given her the gift of dance among a strong support system of family, friends, and dance mentors in her life! She is eager for this next season at Extreme!

  • Shayla Foster

    Instructor

    Being from Magnolia, Shayla first started dancing at the age of 6 at Extreme Performing Arts. After many years of several award winning performances, she was apart of the Award Winning Showtime International Champion Senior Team in 2018! She was also a member of the Texas Star Drill Team.

    She trained in various styles of dance that include contemporary, lyrical, pom, and jazz.

    After graduating high school, Shayla attended Texas State University and is currently studying Exercise Sport Science with a minor in Biology.

    Shayla has always had a passion for dance and teaching others the love and knowledge she gained from being a dancer. She is excited for the upcoming year with all of the students!

  • Hayley Triplett

    Instructor

    Hayley is from Deer Park, Texas. She began dancing at the age of 2. and was able learn at many studios including No Boundaries Dance Company, Revolution Performing Arts Center, and Star Steppers Dance Studio. Hayley joined drill team her first year of high school, the and served as a dance officer for 3 years.

    After graduating, Hayley became a part of the 83rd line of World Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes. With the Rangerettes, Hayley was able to experience many travel and performance opportunities such as; The Cotton Bowl Classic, the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade special finale performance with Mariah Carey, The Today Show, the Pearl Harbor memorial day parade in Hawaii, etc!

    After earning her associates degree at Kilgore, Hayley plans to transfer to Sam Houston in the fall where she will major in Dance, and will continue her dance career on the award-winning, Orange Pride Dance Team.

  • Kaitlyn Lopez

    Instructor

    Kaitlyn Lopez is a Junior at Sam Houston State where she is working towards her B.F.A. in Dance. She began her dance training in Sugar Land, Texas at Dance Works where she won numerous team and solo awards. Kaitlyn was a member of the Clement’s Stars Dance Team for 3 years where she served as President her senior year.

    Kaitlyn has trained intensely as a pre-professional company member of the modern dance company NobleMotionDance for 2 years as an upperclassman in high school. She began her teaching career in 2017 and has been teaching ever since.

    In May of 2023, she joined the Crowd Pleasers Dance teaching staff where she worked numerous advanced dance team workshops and camps teaching team choreography and leadership. Kaitlyn is experienced in multiple genres including: contemporary, pom, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and pointe. Kaitlyn can’t wait to get started working with the Extreme PAC family!

  • Audrey Stone

    Instructor

    Audrey Stone began dancing at the age of 3 at Janie Christie school of dance, and also did figure skating and gymnastics during that time. She later found her dance home at Danceology studios and DanceFX. In high school, Audrey joined the Lake Highlands Highlandettes, and was Captain her senior year and 1st Lieutenant her junior year. After 3 years on drill team, Audrey joined the Kilgore College Rangerettes to pursue further dance training.

    It was during her time as a Rangerette where Audrey fell in love with teaching and choreographing, and decided to pursue it as a full time career. She was also a part of the Kilgore College Dance Department, where she took classes in modern, contemporary, jazz, african, and improv.

    In addition, She is a staff member at Crowd Pleasers Dance, where she has had the opportunity to teach drill teams from all over Texas. Audrey is beyond excited to work for Extreme, and hopes to foster not only talented dancers but strong, confident young women.

  • Ashley Singley

    Instructor

    Ashley Singley is from Whitehouse, Texas and has been dancing since the young age of 3. She obtained the majority of her dance training from Candy Crocker School of Dance where she was able to learn a variety of styles. She graduated from Whitehouse High School in 2022, where she served as the Captain for the Whitehouse First Ladies Drill Team. As a continuation of her Dance Education, Ashley was selected for the 83rd line of the World Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes.

    During her time spent at Kilgore, she further grew her training and knowledge of dance by being an active member in the Kilgore College Dance Department.

    Additionally, she now attends Texas A&M University where she studies Sport Management in hopes of expanding her dance career further at the University level. Furthermore, she has been on staff for American Dance Drill Team since 2022, where she continues to choreograph for teams, host summer camps, and judge contests.

  • Lexie Sattizahn

    Acro Instructor

    Lexie Sattizahn began her dance journey at the age of 3 years old at The Studio of Dance and continued her dance education through the Northwest Houston area.

    She had the opportunity to learn from Emmy Award Winning Choreographer Mandy Moore, SYTYCD Season One Winner, Nick Lazzarini and SYTYCD finalist, Robert Roldan and many others.

    Lexie has trained in all areas of dance for 15 years and continues to grow her knowledge and training through Rhee Gold and the Dance Life Teacher Conference, Julie Kay Stallcup and Acrobatic Arts.

    She teaches preschoolers all the way to teens in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Acro-Tumbling.

    In Lexie’s free time outside of dance and teaching, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids and husband doing outdoor activities, crafting and trying new restaurants.

  • Hayli Howard

    Acro Instructor

    Hayli has been teaching tumbling for over 20 years. She started teaching USAG gymnastics and tumbling and has grown a passion for Acro throughout the years. She loves to see when Acro meets dance seamlessly. Hayli's goal is to provide the best quality of instruction while also giving each student individualized direction.

    Hayli believes in injury prevention and has a continuing partnership with Texas Children’s Sports Medicine to work to provide safe environment for every student. Hayli prides herself on providing a safe and energetic atmosphere, while also encouraging confidence and motivation to learn the fusion of dance and the athleticism of acrobatics.

    Hayli strives to be the best she can be and instill in her students the passion and fire that she has for Acro-Tumbling, allowing them to be passionate about what they are accomplishing.

  • Kallee O'Brien

    Acro Instructor

    Kallee O'Brien is a Houston native. She began tumbling and gymnastics at age 2 and dance at age 4. She became certified as an acrobatic assistant through Acrobatic Arts at 13 and has been working side by side with acrobatic arts teachers as an assistant for the past 3 years.

    Kallee trained at Cypress Elite Dance Studio, in Tomball, in jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and acrobatic dance. She joined the competitive dance team with CEDT and was a member of the Elite teams for 5 years.

    Kallee is now a junior at Tomball Memorial High School and a member of the National Champion Silver Stars Drill Team. Kallee's favorite styles of dance are jazz and lyrical, but loves to include tumbling!
